Rob Cherry On the PBS news hour, yesterday, there were three people interviewed about the future of internet companies. One in particular, had some very interesting things to say. Her name is Ester Dyson and her website is www.edventure.com. She invests it IT start-ups and currently serves on the board of a few of them. eD should check her out.

eDOORWAYS Overall, it is rather confusing as to how it works at Pinksheets. However, please know that we are working diligently to complete our Q's. Once that is done, we'll be current with the SEC which to us is most important. Nonetheless, we are current with what is required at Pinksheets and have added the appropriate sta...ffing to ensure we never again run afoul of their requirements.
eDOORWAYS Unfortunately however, the confusion caused is by no mistake of our own as we have no control over removing or changing status symbols at Pinksheets. Apparently, where one person at Pinksheets recognized us as being current, thus removing the stop sign and elevating us to a limited status, another employee noted our pe...nding SEC status - returning the stop sign to our symbol.
eDOORWAYS This meaning, if we were a non-reporting Pinksheet company, at present, we'd be 100% fully current by Pinksheet standards.
eDOORWAYS So here's the deal. Yesterday, Monday, January 4th, 2009, much to our surprise, Pinksheets took the STOP sign off of our symbol. This was curious to us because although we're actually up to date with Pinksheets, we have not yet completed the Q's. It is our understanding that generally speaking, because we are a Report...ing Pinksheet company, we must be current with the SEC in order to be fully current with Pinksheets.
Rob Cherry As of 12 noon, tuesday, the Pink Sheet website is giving us the "Dark" company designation. This will not help to get new investors on board, or for that matter, to keep current investors. Hope to see this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Dan Makov EDWY - please explain the pinksheet situation. it is impossible that everytime you are supposed to be current , then something comes up. and i suggest that you state accurate facts - the stop is there so how can you say its off

I still feel a huge urge to look at the big picture here. I have alot of shoulda, coulda, and woulda's with this stock. We all have. I feel something might have slipped under the radar. Do you all remember who Ian Mitchell is? He is the developer of the "ec device". He is also one of the newest additions to EDoorways... platform. He is designing this device to work side by side with the ED platform. I know some of y'all have seen this device at the October launch.
Here is the deal, we live in a tech era. If this device is anywhere as good as it seems than it alone could catapult ED to a land far far away from here. This device is designed to be used with the solve doorway. The question I have is when will we wake up, turn on our computer and read the news that ED has started a mass campaign to get these devices into the hands of the businesses and consumers. Instant revenue for a fresh new company with a fresh new idea.
Either way I pledge my allegiance with ED and the steps they have taken to conquer thier short term goals and to still keep thier long term goals in thier crossairs. GLTA and GB......
