Easy 925 So, gang, here's the scoop... Due to a number of factors (some financial and some otherwise), we've decided to call in quits for good in CoCo County. If you're interested in buying our little gem of a bar, you can call our business broker, Steve Zimmerman, at 415.945.9701 . We're asking for $195K, but we may be willin...g to negotiate. Sorry to disappoint. Our heart (and our bar) is in Oakland!

Cori Ann OK.... so how much are the private parties? I own a fitness studio called San Ramon Valley Fitness and one of our most popular classes is Urban Striptease Aerobics!!!! Sounds naughty - but really it is just a bunch of fun loving women having fun and dancing with crazy high energy to stay fit. There is a loyal following... of women who would LOVE to go out and do some of our routines in a club atmosphere. LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH to reserve a private party!!!! :)

Randy Rupert Why don't you do DJ/Cozy - Friday-Saturday DJ - Sunday Hang-out Open early and have some catered food and have a Prix-Fix type of deal - say $20 - food and 2 drinks then - pay for the rest of your drinks after that - have the burlesque ladies show up and then....Just thinking
Easy 925 Thanks for the 2 parties last week. How fun! So, we got so many "please open!" requests, we're considering throwing the doors back open, at least a little bit.... A few questions - If we were to open for just one to two days a week, what day(s) would it be? Would you want a DJ, or just want a nice, cozy place to hang ...out with your friends? What else could we do to make sure you come out at least twice a month?
