Dan Hitchcock I am flying from Bristol-Inverness tomorrow and was wondering if todays flight was/is cancelled due to bad weather in Inverness? The Easyjet site has not had the distruptions page updated since yesterday as its still showing all flights to/from Inverness as being cancelled on 2/01/10.
Terry Why does your timetable still show Luton/Athens when you've stopped flying this route, & why won't your system let me cancel baggage & insurance charges when I try to get a quote today?

Johann any idea on when i will get my money back and if it will ever happen? i sent in my claims for my refunds 8 days ago and only mail i got back so far was , sorry we are busy... when i try ti phone you i get a message that says sorry we are busy... you really give poor flying service and customer service i will never fly with your company again.

Maria Alice my friend bought a ticket on another airline to get home on time before xmas on a day easyjet cancelled all their flights or almost BUT NO OTHER AIRLINE DID. she spent £443 on a economy ticket and today she received an email from easyjet saying they are only paying £120... surely this has to be a JOKE. i bought a ticke...t for my boyfriend to come and spend xmas with me in lisbon, now you want to refund the leg london-lisbon but not the lisbon-london... what is the sense behind this? how did you expect him to get here if he like thousands of people doesn't have £400 or more to pay for another flights? i just hope people realise that the day i got home on another airline we were delayed for 2 hours so we could accommodate people from the easyjet flights that were cancelled that day... so if my airline and most other airlines were flying why wasn't easyjet?? and now why don't you want to pay?? i just hope people realise this and go everywhere they can to get their money back

Julie French Hello, I am still waiting for my refund from the 22nd of December. I have sent emails and try to call, but no answers so far, very annoying and frustrating, I couldn't spend Christmas with my family, I didn't have any money to get another flight there and i still don't know when i am going to get my refund, can someone help ?
