Emily I have been a vegetarian for 4 years. I have made the turkey for the family, but this year I am making tofurky and vegan dressing and casseroles. My family has learned to like my vegan cooking and they are all willing to "try" a vegan holiday. It means a lot to me that they are willing to "give up" the traditional t...urkey so that we can have a cruelty free holiday.
