EF Tours

If a teacher from a school has kids sign up for a trip through the tour service and that teacher backs out and now the parents are out almost $1k and the teacher has not put one dime in...how would it be fair for EF tours to keep the money and not give a refund? If the parents back out for their own reasons, I can und...erstand, but when the teacher backs out and there is nothing the parent can do about it, EF Tours should rightly give the parents back their money and go after the teacher!!!!Več

My daughters Group Leader has cancelled the trip. No other local groups to join...now what? How is fair we are charged for the group leader quiting? If we had pulled from the trip I can see it but this is just wrong. My daughter & her friend don't want to travel with strangers from who knows where. How is it fair th......e group leader can pull from the trip without being out anything? She has lost nothing and if we don't pull out in the next 10 days we loose more than the $670 you already want to keep from us. Again we did nothing wrong how is this fair???Več
