Melody Younger

Melody Younger Hi E-meals! Our family has been doing your meal plans for awhile now, and we love it. We've recently found out my husband has very high Triglycerides. I have to do more of a low cholesterol diet plan for him. Do you think you will ever have a Low-Cholesterol Meal Plan available?

Catherine LOVE E-mealz and have told lots about it. I shop at Winn Dixie and would love love to see a meal plan to take advantage of their weekly sales. Oh, the sausage & tortellini soup is fantastic!

We have been doing the regular meal plans for Publix for 3 weeks now, and we absolutely love it. I have 3 small kids, and I absolutely love that I don't have to think about what we are having for dinner any longer! I notice that you have recently added a low fat for Publix and a points system for Publix. Do you have... plans for adding a low carb for Publix any time soon? That would be absolutely wonderful! Even though I know you advertise this as not a weight loss program, low carb is really the only way I have been successful in losing and/or maintaining my weight in the last 5 years since being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I would love to have that option through E-Mealz.Read More

[Jenny] In the meantime, you could switch to the Low Carb Any-Store plan and shop it at Publix. Anytime you eat a more stringent diet, you'll inevitably pay more, but, you could see how it works for you there!

[Jenny] The Kroger plan is applicable to these areas: AL, GA, SC, and Knoxville, TN. We've not expanded to include other regions at this time. Some of the items will overlap, tho, not all items on sale are the same in these different regions. We hope it can be a support to your meal planning. If you ever want to switch to another plan, contact us at the address provided in the previous response!

OK I am trying to figure out if this will be useful for our family. On average I spend about $180 on food for 2 weeks worth of ALL meals including diapers. We meal plan for 2 weeks at a bat. I hardly use coupons unless it is something we currently use or some great steal on something that would be almost free. Also... when I meal plan I make double batches at times and freeze the second batch to be used at a later time. We make a lot of our own homemade breads and doughs, desserts etc. I heard about this website from Dave Ramsey Show. And I can't figure out if this will save me any additonal money or not. Any advice would be great.Read More

I also buy in bulk with certain things like paper towels, toilet paper and most non perishables. I go to Sam's club for this. And sometimes I will buy cheese and milk there because I can get more for less and we love cheese and milk. I have Aldi and Walmart that you have on the website but that is it. We are in NE PA. I found overall Shoprite ... Read Moreis the best price even for the basics and then they have a babybucks program where I can get $10 off every $75 spent in baby products, which comes in handy with the diapers it is like getting a free package a month.

I usually shop at three stores - Wal Mart, Kroger, Sam's (for some items) and occasionally Publix. Will I be able to download more than one store's plan? We also have grandbaby with allergies n the house and an autistic daughter who is on a gluten-free/casein-free diet. I have found many of the items for her special di...et on Amazon.com in the grocery section to be cheaper per unit/ounce than any other place, PLUS when I buy over $25 shipping is free PLUS there is NO SALES TAX. Thought I have to buy a case, since we use it all and it is not perishable, we find it is well worth it. You can also find other items normally found in all stores and many times they are cheaper per unit/ounce - great for a larger family or stocker-uppers like me.Read More

Yes, whether you have a garden, a huge stockpile or own your a grocery store, the plan for "What's for dinner" is the huge daily hurdle. Each plan is a separate subscription, so you would choose the plan that you feel best suits your needs. The Kroger or the Publix plan is built around the current week's sales, so you would save money without ... Read Morehaving to shop at multiple stores. I suggest that you test drive the Low Carb plan and see if you could easily modify it to accommodate your family's dietary needs. (If you subscribe to one plan and decide you would rather try another, just write to customer service to switch.)

Thanks Ann! Our regular plans incorporate recipes with six ample servings. (The Points Plans are unique in this way, since each serving has to "add up" to the correct "Points math".)
