Empowering the Poor
$75,000 will allow us to build a village health center complete with treatment rooms, consultation rooms, a delivery room, an infirmary and a small pharmacy with simple medical supplies. We will train villagers of Tonhon to manage this health center, empowering them to take control of their health and prosper.
Give today, and help us reach our goal by Summer 2010!

Empowering the Poor
Our chapter of Students with Empowering the Poor (SETP) is hosting an open interest meeting for students who want to raise money to fight poverty and volunteer abroad to implement the projects. We will introduce the vision and goals of the student led organization, review our first ever service learning trip to Côte d...'Ivoire, set a regular meeting time and begin brainstorming ideas for fundraising events. Best of all, we might even have a special guest appearance by Darius Coulibaly, Founder and President of ETP!
Come and bring your friends to learn how you can get involved in this life changing opportunity!

College students have formed their own, independent fundraising network to raise money to support these projects. In return, ETP brings groups of students to assist the projects firsthand and meet the people for whom they work so hard every semester.Read More
