Long recognized as a leading learning organization, Ernst & Young continues that tradition with EYU – our global approach for ensuring that all people at Ernst & Young get the right learning, experiences and coaching they need to help them succeed and achieve their potential.

EYU combines learning, experiences and coaching – the three essentials to personal and professional development – like this:

  1. You are exposed to knowledge through formal learning programs
  2. You then apply your knowledge in a variety of relevant, on-the-job experiences
  3. You receive valuable coaching from more experienced professionals, helping you transform your learning and experiences into practice

Corporate Responsibility

Making a difference with entrepreneurs

Donna (pictured above), is the lead tax people consultant from our Los Angeles office. Currently she is a Fellow in Buenos Aires, Argentina, helping a video game studio revise its strategy for identifying, recruiting and retaining talent. Donna cites the most rewarding part of the CR Fellow experience as, “being able to work with the entrepreneur and help make an impact in improving their business. There were so many challenges during this project but it's been such a wonderful adventure that has changed my life forever!”

Through the Corporate Responsibility Fellows Program, Ernst & Young is dedicating its best resources – our talented, experienced people – to improving the success of promising entrepreneurs in under-served communities, in an effort to create scalable, sustainable economic value. Our Fellows leverage their workplace skills on three-month projects for promising entrepreneurs in South America at no charge to the businesses.
