While we can't send a carrier around with an already-prepared turkey, here's some advice: Forget the Turkey Popsicle and break out the Hungry Man salisbury steak dinner. When family and friends want to know where the turkey is, tell them you donated it to ...the elderly. (You can't argue with that, right?) Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

The Erwin Record Come out to the Food Lion benefit concert this afternoon for Children's Miracle Network! The concert starts at 6:30 p.m. at Unicoi County High School's Auditorium. Performing are the Landmarks, Perfect Heart, and Tim Lovelace. There is no admission fee, but a "love offering" will be given to CMN to help children in our region.
