Renowned artist Stan Herd will be featured at the SouthWind Gallery on Saturday, July 18, 2009. He will sign limited edition prints from 12:00 noon - 3:00 p.m. These limited edition prints are from Stan's original paintings created for the "Painted Byways"
*The Kansas Lottery, in collaboration with the Kansas Department of Transportation, the Kansas Department of Commerce/Travel and Tourism Division, and the Kansas Arts Commission, has introduced a new $2 instant scratch ticket that offers players chances to win cash and prizes while promoting the state's Scenic Byways and the visual arts in a program known as the"Painted Byways.
