---------------------
Come join the volunteers of Creekside Reserve and Greene County Parks any Saturday morning. In addition to the ongoing process of removing invasive plants (bush honeysuckle, garlic mustard, lesser Celandine, narrow leaf cattails) and other maintenance activities, the focus in 2009 will be restoration of the massive area disturbed by the Little Beaver Creek stream restoration project. Hundreds of native trees and shrubs will be planted along the improved stream, and wetland sedges and flowers will be planted in a large area of the former streambed.

Expert on-site guidance will be provided. Creekside Reserve is located along Route 35 between Fairfield Road and Factory Road. Please contact Don Geiger Donald.Geiger@notes.udayton.edu to let us know we can expect you, to obtain directions to the work site or if there are any questions or concerns.
