• Oyster platter – a selection of hot and cold oysters
Entrée
• Calamari, apple, cucumber, mint & coriander salad with palm sugar and chili dressing
• Nori wrapped smoked salmon terrine with mascarpone, cream cheese and tobiko
• Half shell scallops with smoked trout, coriander, lemongrass, crushed nuts & chili
• Teriyaki beef with micro herb daikon salad
Main
• Lobster tail with jumbo prawns, calamari and seafood in a coconut red curry with citrus infused jasmine rice
• Char-grilled beef fillet with a prawn parcel, cress salad, roasted kipfler potatoes and pink peppercorn glaze
