6:00 - Doors open - Brief Prelim Meet and Greet and putting out of literature.

Council Candidates Debate from 6:30p to 8p:
Marc Ellison, Jess Green, Dale Gunther and Heidi Rodeback
(2 four yr vacancies exist)

Mayoral Candidates Debate from 8:05p to 9:05p:
James "J.H." Hadfield and Heber Thompson
(1 four yr vacancy exists)

Debate Format:
The candidates will draw numbers for seating location and speaking order before the event.
- The audience members will write all of the questions to be asked (may be submitted in advance and while the debate proceeds)
- Each candidate has an opportunity for 2 min. opening statement and 2 min. closing statement.
- Moderator draws a question (from a “hat”) and asks it of the candidates. 1 minute per candidate to answer. Round robin questioning style, alternating the order. Moderator has sole discretion on questions asked.
- The timekeeper informs the speaker when there is 30 sec and 15 sec left, then claps to politely inform the candidate when time expires (the audience is also invited to clap as well).

Tables for campaign material will be provided. No campaign signs or large items permitted.
Meet and Greet and individual Q and A following event from 9:05 to 9:30 pm.
