Our special guest is Dr. Todd Kashdan, Ph.D., author of Curious?
This is our first meetup for the DC group, so we'll be learning a bit more about each others' interests in the science of happiness and making plans for future meetups.
Gather at 6:15pm. Once we do introductions, Dr. Kashdan will talk about some of his latest findings including:
-how to build engagement in the workplace
-What science tells us about creating lasting, meaningful relationships
- New research in the science of happiness
- Teaching positive psychology to kids
Come prepared with questions or come just to listen and chat.
