Schlafly Beer Dinner
Five appetizer sized courses served with five different Schlafly beers
1st- Flat Bread Pizza with a walnut - cranberry pesto, smoked turkey and feta
Beer – No. 15
2nd- Bison and Black Bean Chili w/ avocado-red onion relish and cumin sour cream
Beer – Some Hoppy Schlafly Beer
3rd- Beer Braised Bratwurst with caramelized onions on German potato salad
Beer - Oktoberfest
4th- Shredded Pork in Mole Verde over white beans
Beer – Saison
5th- Schlafly’s own Sticky Toffee Pudding
Beer – Pumpkin Ale
Sunday October 18th at 5 pm
