David Finkel, a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer for The Washington Post, produces the kind of stories that read like an engrossing novel. His long-form narrative reporting took place in Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, the United States and war zones in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosovo.
