It is time to put families first and fix our broken immigration system!
On October 13, individuals from across the U.S. will come together for a national mobilization with lobby visits, procession, and a rallyorganized by Familias Unidas and the Reform... Immigration FOR Americacampaign. They carry one message: reform immigration to keep familiesunited.Representative Luis Gutierrez made an announcement at the Unity In Movement Mobilization on Citizenship Day (September 17) that he isbeginning work to introduce progressive comprehensive immigrationreform, and on October 13th, he is expected to share the principles andoutline of that legislation at the closing rally.
Program Agenda: • 10:00 AM: Registration at Church of the Reformation, 212 E Capitol St NE, Washington, DC 20003• 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Visit your Member of Congress• 2:00 PM: Family Procession from Church of Reformation to West Lawn of the US Capitol• 3:00 PM: Closing event on West Lawn of the US Capitol
