Following the success of previous open classes, the London Rockets coaching team are holding an open class on Friday 16th May at Jubilee Hall, Covent Garden.

This will be a once monthly class so perfect for those of you that miss cheering with the Rockets but can't commit to our regular practices.

It's also a great start point for those of you who want to tryout for the squad.

As you may have seen, we are currently looking for a replacement base for our nationals team so if you're reading this and are an experienced competitive cheerleader, then this would also be a great opportunity for you to meet some of the squad.

How it works:

The class is 'open' so all levels are welcome but you must book so we can plan accordingly.

You will be put in groups according to skill level and experience but we will aim to produce a class routine that brings all those levels together.

What you need to do:

RSVP yes or no - maybe's unfortunately are a 'no'.

Message me with your level of experience and, if applicable, what your stunt positions are.

On the day:

Bring: £5 class fee, water and a towel

Wear: comfortable work out clothes


All participants in the open class will be invited to tryout for the host squad, the London Rockets, at the end of the competitive 2007/08 season.
