We were truly ecstatic to announce that the Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival headed to the Rocky Mountains! Similar to the already popular Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer Festivals, the Festival presented an array of samples of wine, port, scotch, import beer, and other premium spirits, along with sensational food samples prepared by Banff restaurants and hotels.

An entrance ticket brought consumers into the Grand Tasting Hall where they purchased Festival sampling coupons. By using sampling coupons, consumers were able to customize what they tried and how much they spent.

The Banff Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival boasted a wide selection of products from around the globe, ranging from inexpensive to ultra-expensive; introductory wines to rare and unique wines. Beginner, intermediate and expert wine drinkers were all in attendance.

Two sessions were held; an afternoon tasting (from 2-5pm) and an evening tasting (from 7-10pm), allowing attendees to enjoy other events in Banff throughout the weekend. Select Banff hotels offered special Festival packages which included accommodation, Festival tickets and other surprises.
