We're heading up and down the James, as spookily as possible. The theme is definitely GHOST PIRATES but we want to see any and all costumes you can throw at us
We'll be taking the 2 The Bottom and Back bus to get there, so no worrying about designated drivers! We'll be back in the city by 10:30PM, so this is the perfect way to start your evening off & be right on time for your next party.
