Charcuterie plate of cured meats & continental pâté with pickles, olives & pita crisps

½ doz Smokey Bay oysters with devilled prosciutto and parmesan crust
Crispy salt and pepper calamari with micro salad and barbeque aioli
Lamb and pine nut empanada with chimichurri and tomato salsa
Confit pork belly roll with apple glaze and pickled vegetables
Tart of glazed pumpkin, roast capsicum, feta and pomegranate jam

Roasted turkey breast with an apricot & sage stuffing, root vegetables and cranberry sauce
Grilled beef tenderloin (220g) on a creamy truffle mash, with red wine jus and onion compote
Slow roast lamb served with kipfler potato, seasonal vegetables and red wine shallot glaze
