Description

Come kick off this fall's Mozilla Design Challenge and eat free pizza next Thursday night at Design Lab 1 (DL1)! The Challenge is an awesome opportunity to practice your design skills, generate some portfolio pieces, and - most exciting - collaborate with and get feedback from the Mozilla Labs team!

The topic is browsing history: "How can we make sense of this rich source of data and how do we best present this data to the user?"

We'll introduce you to the challenge, brainstorm and whiteboard ideas, and then after this initial event you'll individually or in small groups take your idea to the next level. This might be a series of mock-ups, a video, or even a prototype - you can take it as far as you'd like. The challenge runs through the end of October, so there's lots of time; and we'll hold follow-up review sessions so you can get feedback from your peers.

Last year at least one student obtained an internship as a direct result of participating in a Mozilla Design Challenge - it pays off!

Can't wait to see you there, and if you can't make it to the first event feel free to post your ideas here or write on the wall to find other team members.
