Explore our world and discover the unique and amazing creatures that call our planet home. Campers will investigate a different continent each day and learn about the challenges that animals face in their habitats. Younger campers will participate in zoo hikes, up close animal encounters, craft projects and simple science lessons. In addition, older campers will spend time learning about the perils that animals face in the wild and how zoos are helping; as well as participating in simple action projects.

Our daylong camps are designed for children in kindergarten through fourth grade. With a different topic to explore each day, Winter Camp is designed with your family's busy schedule in mind. Join us for one, two, three, or all four days. Each day includes exploratory Zoo hikes, craft-making, up-close animal presentations, snack and lunch.

Winter Camp runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm daily, snacks and lunch are included.
