December is Cake Decorating Month at Gourmandise! Join us for three days of sweet workshops, panel and demonstration led by some of Southern California's finest pastry chef.
Jamaica Crist of Jamaica's Cake (featured on TLC's Utimate Cake-Off) will demonstrate how to make fondant from scratch, teach you how to cover a cake with fondant and show your budding inner cake decorator some great decorating tips with this versatile dough!
This is a demo-style class. Each participant will be able to roll fondant, try their hand at coloring, shaping and creating shapes with it.
