This is the first of what is planned to be a monthly meeting of New York based tech entrepreneurs using 'ultra-light' techniques. We are limiting participation to current, full-time, tech entrepreneurs to keep a tight focus and promote networking opportunities.

At this meeting all participants will briefly introduce themselves and their active venture(s) and we will discuss potential formats and content for future meetings, including:
- Specification writing
- Evaluating a bid; selecting a vendor
- Which outsourcing marketplace is right for my project?
- Project management and communication strategies/tools
- Marketing, public relations, search engine optimization
- Seeking professional investment (angel, VC) - why, when, how
- Vendor presentations (outsourcing marketplaces, ultra-light consultancies, etc)
