The Fifth Third Bank Homeownership Mobile, or “eBus,” will make its first appearance in the Atlanta Metro Area November 9 – 14. The vehicle is a 40-foot-long bus that doubles as a mobile classroom to provide people with information about credit counseling, financial literacy, homeownership assistance and foreclosure prevention directly to where people live and work.

Partnering with Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Greater Atlanta, Fifth Third Bank is bringing this self-contained mobile classroom on wheels to four of the Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers. The eBus is internet-equipped with 14 computer terminals for instructor-led or self-directed homeownership and credit counseling programs, and access to comprehensive financial services information, including the free Fifth Third Homeownership Guide and Dream Guard life planning materials. One CCCS credit counselor will be on board each day to answer questions about budgeting and provide people with information about where they can obtain assistance for their credit and housing issues.

There is no charge for the services and participants will receive a free credit report and review it with a counselor. The bus will make the following stops and be available each day from 10:00am – 4:00pm:
