Description
This is Phil Nesmith's 2nd solo show a Irvine Contemporary. Continuing to explore a combination of late 1800's photographic plate methods, Nesmith explores his new subject while removing the distancing effects of the camera from the process. The resulting unique glass plate photograms, some as large as 48"x8", will be on display for your enjoyment.
Opening reception will be held on October 30th starting at 6pm and ending at 8pm. Since it is Halloween you will be sure to find plenty images of bats and other beautiful flying creatures of awe and unease. Come see what has been called "a haunting new spin on nature photography."
