Have you ever wondered how your body would respond if you had more time during class to focus on those elusive spaces in the body? This month, we're melting with Kelli as she takes us through the center of our bodies to ignite the fire within and explore the core. This 3-hour class extravaganza will be a prime opportunity to take your body places it's never been before and amp up your current yoga practice. Following the theme of core work, Kelli will lead us through a balance of yin and yang, strength and opening, giving us the chance to truly transform our bodies and move past the status quo.
