Description
Come and join GUGS to celebrate the end of another successful semester with THE GUGGERNAUT (The event formerly known as Grills Gone Wild Week*) a week long of grilling.
Tuesday, April 21st 5:30-7:30pm: Cultural Day - Bring your own food. Bring anything you want and we'll throw it on the grill. Whether you want to grill Kielbasa, asparagus, or filet mignon we can cook it for you. Too lazy to run to safeway? (it's closing for renovation, so everything is cheap) We will have food for sale as well.
Wednesday, April 22nd 5:30-7:30pm: Burger Day - Your last chance to enjoy a GUGS burger this semester. Also, participate in or watch the Burger Eating Contest at 7:00.
Thursday April 23rd 5:30-7:30pm: Pulled Pork Day - Grab a delicious pulled pork sandwich for a cheap dinner.
Friday, April 24th 12:00-2:00pm: Georgetown Day - GUGS will be grilling Bratwurst for free. Although there will be many food providers that day, you know where to find the best food.
*We apologize to everyone who is upset that we decided to change to name of our event, and who have told us they are concerned we are giving in to the politically correct crowd. The truth is, we don't want to cause controversy and we only used the name because it was catchy and fun. The administrative loopholes we would have to jump through to get the name approved would have made the issue a big deal again - which is the last thing we want, since we never wanted to offend anyone. So come out, relax and enjoy good food before you lock yourself in the library for finals.
