It is my firm belief that no person, regardless of race, religion, sex, or creed, should ever find his or her self unprepared for a widespread velociraptor assault. As such, I am declaring July 3rd, 2008, the first annual International Secure Your Home Against Raptors Day (ISYHARD). I strongly urge all of you to inform your friends and family of the dangers velociraptors have the potential to pose to we civilized (and otherwise) human beings. Take this day to prepare for a raptor assault by properly barring windows against unsolicited raptor entry, fortifying doors, bolstering the structural integrity of your residence, and preparing weapons and firearms in an easily defensible position either within your home, apartment building, dorm, or otherwise. Be sure to have a well-planned strategy for reaching your safehouse on your person at all times in the event that raptors catch us unaware. Safety is of the utmost concern, and remember to put yourself above others, especially children and the elderly. They'll probably get eaten first anyway.

Stay safe and be prepared. We don't know when raptors will attack, and should be ready at all times.

May God be with us if ever raptors do decide to attack.
