12 years ago, when Avalon International Breads opened its doors amidst both skepticism and excitement, few could have imagined the synergy of commerce, community and camaraderie that would develop on formerly-sleepy little stretch of Willis, between Cass and Second in Detroit’s Cass Corridor.

On Saturday, June 20th from
10 a.m.- 6 p.m., the growing array of businesses that now comprise the “West Willis Village” will celebrate their collective birthdays, with music, acrobatics, children’s activities and, of course, food!

Free secured parking is available at Woodward and Willis. All activities are free!
