TSNE believes that nonprofit impact is rooted in clarity of mission and vision. Effective organizations also know how to move toward vision by planning – be it short-term, long-term, strategic or operational. Curdina Hill will focus on helping nonprofit staff, board and volunteers to understand the importance of clarifying their mission and vision as the means to providing clear organizational direction and building stability. Deborah Linnell will focus on introducing types of planning from “real time” to strategic planning.
