Dinner special: 3 course prix fixe menu $30.00 per person to include:
1. Sopa azteca or ensalada del huerto
2. Mahi mahi en nogada or pollo al cacahuate or chuleta de puerco en mole verde
3. Flan de coco

FEMBOT FATALE
Cut strawberries in half and muddle with basil leaves in a shaker. Fill shaker with ice and remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with basil leaf.
• 2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
• 1 part Sour Mix
• 1 part Cranberry Juice
• 2 Fresh Strawberries
• 5 Fresh Basil Leaves

HOT BOT
Muddle cilantro in a shaker. Fill shaker with ice and remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice. Garnish with cilantro stem.
• 2 parts SVEDKA Citron
• 3 parts Pineapple Juice
• 1 part Sour Mix
• Fresh Cilantro
• Pinch of Ground Ginger


DIRTY ROBOT
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with orange slice.
• 2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
• 1 ½ parts Maraschino Cherry Juice
• 1 part Orange Juice
• ½ part Lemon Juice
