Hey guys!
Come join us this Tuesday, November 20th as we make Nondemoninational Winter Gift Giving Season cards in a partnership with Keiro Senior HealthCare!
Our goal?
100 cards before the night is up! We will be providing supplies, but lend us your time and your hands as we put together these cards to be given to residents of Keiro who may not have family or friends to visit them during the Winter and New Years.
What is Keiro?
Keiro Senior HealthCare is an organization that aims to provide culturally aware services for Japanese American senior citizens. They have lent a hand to over 55,000 seniors and their families, training 5,000 caregivers in the process! Their organization has provided a helping hand to many families in the Los Angeles Japanese American community including the families of USC Nikkei members. For more info, visit http://www.keiro.org.
As part of our goal of providing a link between the campus Japanese American community and the greater LA community, USC Nikkei is proud to sponsor this philantropy event. Come spend time with your Nikkei fam and help make this holiday season special for Keiro residents!
Even if you can only come for a bit, any help we can get is help we need and appreciate! We will also be bringing the cards to Keiro in early December so we can meet the receivers of the cards!

Bring food to share, iPods to blast, stories to tell, and friends to introduce! It's gonna be a fun night of bonding before we head off for Thanksgiving!
