Come and be part of a day-long feast of piano-playing.

Registration is now closed for the Cardiff Pianothon, but please come and enjoy the day, everyone is welcome.

Catherine Bott will present from the stage. As well as amateur piano playing a wide variety of ages & abilities, from classical to jazz, classical pianist Noriko Ogawa will be giving a short recital and open masterclass in the morning, and Head of Keyboard at the RWCMD Richard McMahon and jazz pianist Dave Stapleton hosting masterclasses in the afternoon.

Selected performances will be broadcast on BBC Radio 3 as part of Play to the Nation, which celebrates amateur music-making in the UK on BBC Radio 3 during October.
