Actors Hill Harper and Kerry Washington will attend several homecoming activities across the state this weekend to encourage students to register to vote and vote early in this year’s presidential election.
Harper and Kerry will discuss how as president, Barack Obama would offer a $4,000 tax credit to help students pay for college as well as increase Pell Grant awards that make college more affordable.
Hill Harper has appeared in the television show CSI and the movie Soul Food. Kerry Washington was recently in the movie I Think I Love My Wife.
