Hey all,
Some of you have asked about SAVOY, the jazz quartet consisting of myself, Ryan Tilby, Bart Olson, and Joshua Payne. There are a couple of cheap opportunities coming up to hear SAVOY live. Here's one that's not only cheap, but free! We've been asked to play a festival-style show benefiting the Central Utah Gardens in Orem, this Saturday, Sept. 20. Cool features of the gig include (but are not limited to) the fact that it starts at 10:00am, so you can come hear us play, and then still do whatever you already had planned for the weekend!
Come enjoy a walk through the gardens and some great music.
Central Utah Gardens is a demonstration garden on University Parkway in Orem (near Krispy Kreme). Their purpose is to promote wise water use through efficient landscaping practices. On Saturday, they'll be holding a fall festival with gardening classes, a kids' scavenger hunt, the sale of waterwise plants from local nurseries, food, balloons, and LIVE MUSIC. The address of the gardens is 355 W University Parkway in Orem (enter the gardens from 400 w), and admission is free.
