Deaf and Hard of Hearing Festival -- booth sign-up

Travis County Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will
have their second biennial Deaf and Hard of Hearing Festival on
November 8, 2008 from 9 am to 4 pm.

We had a great response two years ago and want this year’s event
to be even bigger. Any of you who would like to be an exhibitor,

Booths (except food permit) will be free of charge. We want to
encourage any and all people who serve the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
communities to be present. We also encourage Deaf and Hard of
Hearing craft, visual and performing artists to participate.

November will be here before you know it. Please contact us as

It is important to read and understand pages 4, 5 and 6. You can
download pages 2 and 3 (only) of the application and send it with
$35 money order made payable to Austin/Travis County Health and
Human Services Department.

Mail the Vendor application AND pages 2 & 3 of the Temorary Food
Establishment Permit Application with your $35 money order to:
