A ROOM FULL OF ANGELS - NOW, THAT’S GOT TO BE HEAVEN…

Angels Den, the online investment funding website is coming live to Business North West to offer the opportunity for North entrepreneurs to turn their business dreams into reality by joining them in a room full of Business Angels waiting to invest in local talent.

Angels Den has the largest number of funders in Europe with thousands of entrepreneurs and business angels registered to the site. While based online, it has a live event, Speed Pitching, which takes place each month in London. This, along with additional events will be exclusively available to the visitors of Northwest at the Angels Den theatre and will bring the website to life so that visitors can learn what it has to offer.

Over the course of the two days entrepreneurs can take part in pitching events and gain valuable advice from three different investment events. Entrepreneurs can pitch their business ideas to real Business Angels getting feedback and even investment there and then.

For entrepreneurs who want to increase their chances of finding funding on day, ‘Speed Pitching’ is an event like no other. Nowhere else in Europe can entrepreneurs pitch their business plans to so many Angels in one session. ‘Speed Pitching’ events are at present only running in London, so this is a great opportunity for those who find it difficult to make it to the big smoke to take part in this exhilarating event.

‘Speed Pitching’ allows entrepreneurs to pitch a three minute business plan to an Angel with a one minute Q&A session. After this, the entrepreneur moves on to the next Angel.
