International No-Pants Subway Ride 2009 (DC Edition)

--- No Pants 2009 ---
For those of you who have never participated, this is the basic concept: The entire group will ride in designated metro cars devoid of any pants. Additionally if asked by anyone, members of the group will either act oblivious to the fact they are not wearing any pants, or be surprised but act like it isn't a major problem.
--- Legal Crap ---
DC indecency laws are subjective in the metro. Last year Metro police were very cool with the event, but that requires a bit of cooperation on your part too. Because of that I have a couple of rules for the event:
1) Please don't wear thong or see-through underwear to this event. For the most part guys are pretty safe, but make sure whatever you're wearing (no matter the gender) shows off nothing more than a typical bikini bottom
2) If you are asked by Metro police to put your pants back on - do it immediately. Again, the indecency laws are subjective so if someone has a problem with what's going on we need to be respectful of that. As long as everybody follows rule 1 though I doubt this will be a problem.
3) Bring a bag or a friend with a bag to shove your pants in. They should be accessible to you at all times in case of any of the above.
4) You must be 18 or older to participate. I don't want any minors taking off their pants for legal reasons. My apologies to the younglings wanting to participate.
--- Directions ---
Everybody is to meet up at Hancock Park at 3. For those of you who don't know where that is, Take the Metro to L'Enfant Plaza and exit on the Maryland Ave SW / 7th street exit (shown in the first picture in this group. After you do that immediately cross 7th street and Hancock park is right there to your Left (2nd picture) That location is out of the way so we won't draw as much attention to ourselves. L'Enfant is also a great hub to carry out the event.

I know some of you may not want to go pantsless but still help out with the event. I need people with video and still cameras to help record the event. If you have one and don't want to go pantsless... or better yet, want to play the role of a pantless tourist, please do.
If you can videotape, please let me know.
