Description
The passion! The joy! The torment! In the afterglow of valentine's Day, our musical theme will be Forbidden Love! We will start with a jazzy-but-bittersweet revue of Gershwin, then proceed to the crackling energy of Bernstein's best-loved score. The concert will end with Prokofiev's majestic treatment of Shakespeare's tragic love story.
