Description

One Day University events bring you four great professors in one great day. There's another One Day University experience coming up on Saturday, March 28th at Villanova, and we hope you'll join us. We will begin the day with Cornell’s Daryl Bem, who has applied a scientist’s skeptical eye to ESP and arrived at some fascinating conclusions. Next, Alan Wachman from Tufts will delve deeply into the complex relationship between China and the U.S. and help us understand what it means for the new Obama administration.

Then, we’ll join Arthur Wheelock, who’s not only an art history professor but the Curator of Northern Baroque painting at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. He’ll lead an exploration of the genius of Rembrandt. We’ll finish the day with Brown’s Jennifer Lawless for an enlightening lecture on public opinion polls and why you shouldn’t believe the news.
