Description
The front desk is the first contact most of our visitors have with our museums, and yet most museums haven’t given much thought to that desk. This workshop will teach you different ways to make a big impact on your visitor by rethinking what you do at your front desk. Discussion will include admissions policies, pricing packages, visitor
services, design, customer service, and training front line staff. This workshop will include lots of open conversation, so come with ideas and questions!
