Valparaiso University School of Law’s LAMBDA chapter is hosting a workshop designed to prepare law students for interviewing and business networking in a down economy.
“Sharp Looks for the Sharp Lawyer” features instruction in style and etiquette, as well as complimentary manicures. The event aims to help law students gain a competitive edge by cultivating an image that leaves a lasting positive impression.
The workshop features consultation with Macy’s fashion and cosmetics consultants, as well as representatives from the Career Planning Center. It is slated for Wednesday, March 18, 2009, from 4 to 7 p.m. in Benson Room. Attendees may RSVP to Moses Suarez at moses.suarez@valpo.edu by March 16.
