Description

Have you always wanted to make a difference in your community or overseas? Are there causes you’re interested in supporting, or even starting your own? Wondering how you can get involved yet still have time to focus on school?

We’ll show you how and where you can get involved at the Youth Making a Difference Workshop! Be prepared – you’re invited to make a difference!

The purpose of this workshop is to educate, empower, raise awareness and work in solidarity for change with the youth like you, in the Peel Region and Toronto Area.

If you’re interested in making a difference – big or small, locally or globally – or if you want to be inspired by other youth, then this workshop is for you! Don’t miss a day of exciting guest speakers, interesting workshops and plenty of volunteer opportunities – all during school hours!

So let your teachers and principal know that you think your school should send a group out to the Youth Making a Difference Workshop on Friday, May 29, 2009 in Brampton.

Thank you to Brampton Mayor Susan Fennell for Sponsoring the facility!
