This meeting is a follow-up to PodCamp Orlando Planning from December 5th.

If you've never been to an UNconference before, I highly recommend attending this meeting if you want to participate. I don't know if this time and location works, but we can sort that out in the wall posts.

Goals:
1. Everyone should have one or two locations in mind, perhaps call them and see if we can get their space for January 5th or 6th. Any bar, meeting room, or convention space is kosher.
2. We will need to delegate some tasks, like venue, chairs, refreshments/food, sponsors, swag, etc.
3. We must have a public ledger of all our expenses if we want to be an official PodCamp. Most people use a wiki for this.
4. Who is coming to podcamp? Who do you know that can drive/fly in for this? Who is speaking? Do we have one room or two? How long are sessions? Etc.
