The Course: Enjoy a 5K run on the beautifully renovated campus of Malone University
The Pump: Participants will combine the bench press and running a 5K. Males and females will get a 30 second race time for each time they can bench press a percentage of their body weight.
A portion of the proceeds will go to Refuge of Hope in Canton, OH
