Breakthrough brings Tri-Continental Film Festival to PUNE. Open Space, the citizens outreach programme of the Centre for Communication and Development Studies, CCDS, Pune, hosts a selection of 6 documentary films from diverse regions across the globe part of the 5th Tri-continental Film Festival - India 2009, titled, ‘Human Rights in Frames’, curated by ‘Breakthrough’ – a Delhi-based non-profit organisation active in India and USA, which works on human rights issues.

The screenings will be followed by a moderated discussion by Rashmi Dhanwani, Festival Coordinator, Breakthrough, Mumbai.
