Team LIFEbeat will join Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) as a community partner at AIDS Walk New York 2009. Last year, LIFEbeat raised more than $29,000 and helped GMHC bring in a record $7+ million dollars! Now, we're upping the ante to $35k but we need you to help us reach our goal.

This year we have a very special team captain. Gary "Baba Booey" Dell'Abate, producer of the world famous Howard Stern Show will walk with us on Sunday, May 17th, as LIFEbeat's celebrity team captain. Gary has been a long time supporter of LIFEbeat and currently serves on our Board of Directors. The disease has hit close to home for Gary; his brother succumbed to AIDS in 1991. Since then, he has been a tireless advocate for awareness and prevention. We're extremely excited to have the energy Gary will bring to the team!

We'd love each and every one of you to walk with us but we're asking you to raise at least $25. That's like two tickets to a movie or 1 ½ drinks at a NYC night club.

4. When the page loads you'll have the option to join an existing team
