Sick Robot is proud to the hosting the Leeds event for Tash-A-Thon 2008. In short a bunch of people grow mustaches for charity and have a big party to celebrate their facial hair. Last year we had residents from Sick Robot, Basics, Dirty Disco, Speed Queen, and Filthy Gorgeous take part. This year looks like it's going to be another cracker. Here's the official run down:

This will be the 3rd annual Tash-A-Thon event...Our Aim this year is to beat last years £2500 total raised...

For a week from 27th Jan - 3th Feb we'll all be sporting fetching soup strainers (moustaches) in aid of MIND - The Mental Health Charity...Most people either know someone or have themselves suffered from some sort of mental health issues in their lives, so we thought this was a more than worthy cause that doesn't always get the amount of exposure that it should.

The rules: You can grow a beard or goatee etc until the 27th Jan, when the chin has to come off to leave ya fine effort of top lip fur for the next week.

The celebrate the Tash's of Leeds we will be larging at at Revolution Call Lane on Friday February the 1st. Dj's already commited are Bob Lopez, Alex Rogerson, Danny Kwang, Charlie Jacket, Phil Jones, with more to be annouced over the next few weeks.
